Goal
Every company has a customer database, but it doesn't always have a linear path. Sometimes, there are missing data points in the database, which can make data analysis challenging. This project is aimed at finding other data specifically on Whatsapp from the existing customer database of Kompas. id. which can be benefit on the company and customer side, Lets dive in 🕵️
The Process

For this project, we use Interactive Sticky Banner Apps that collaborate with 3rd Party Apps called MoeEnggange; additionally, this method employs two categories: Gamification and Personalized Newsletter.
