The Brief
As the product manager for Finplan.id, I led the effort to revamp the website's landing page with the goal of increasing website conversions and improving user management. This project was initiated in response to feedback from customers and stakeholders that the existing landing page was not effectively communicating the value of our services and was leading to a high bounce rate.

The Process
A. Determine Every Section
As a product manager for the revamp of Finplan ID's landing page, I focused on identifying and addressing user pain points. This involved analyzing the layout of the landing page, determining where to place calls-to-action (CTAs) and other key elements to optimize user experience and increase conversions.
I remember also, as a product manager intern, being in collaboration with the CEO, UI, and UX developers to establish the project goals. What I was mostly doing was
Conducted a thorough analysis of the existing landing page to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Worked closely with the design team to determine the optimal layout for the page, including the placement of CTAs, buttons, and other elements.
I also collaborated with other departments, including (UI and UX, PM, CEO, and Developers), to ensure project meets expectations..0.
B. Improving Activity-Supporting Documentation
as a PM improving activity-supporting documentation. is a MUST. I worked closely with the documentation team to ensure that all necessary information was available and up-to-date. This included conducting sprint index meetings, refining backlogs, and creating product requirement documents (PRDs) to support development efforts.

C. Improving Activity- Collaborated With other departement
As a Product Manager, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to improve Finplan.id's landing page. In this particular project, I worked closely with SEO specialists and even the CEO to conduct research and implement changes to the website's copy and calls to action, resulting in a more user-friendly and conversion-driven experience.

The Results
💫Bottom Line
as a PM ,we need to find out what best to get as soon-as posible feedback; there is could be in developers , ui and ux and others. as a learning in this project, communication is really the key point to achive this project goals. and soon you develop better comunication,the better you are. in no matter who /where you are
